Hearing Valley autumn 2025 co-creation workshops

The Hearing Valley project is progressing rapidly, and we now invite companies and collaborators to join us in shaping the future of hearing care. During autumn 2025, two co-creation workshops will be organized to build the Hearing Valley business network and develop services with a business-driven approach.

As part of the project, we are conducting a needs assessment survey to identify the needs and expectations of companies and to support the development of business-oriented activities in Hearing Valley. The survey results will also guide the planning of workshops and collaboration formats. All responses will be handled confidentially and are accessible only to the project team. Completing the survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes. The survey is open until September 15th. You can access the survey below:

Two of the three project workshops will be held during autumn 2025, and the third in May 2026. The first workshop will take place on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, and the second workshop on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 — both from 8:30 to 12:00. The first workshop will focus on developing the Hearing Valley business network and the second workshop on business-driven service development within the ecosystem. The tentative location for both sessions is HUB Panostamo in Kuopio.

Participation is possible both on-site and remotely, but we encourage attending in person to support networking and more effective collaboration. Morning coffee will be served, and participants are welcome to join a shared lunch provided by the project after the workshops.
